The beautiful philosophy and practice of yoga can help you on a physical, mental and emotional level to become more balanced on a daily basis.

We only work with yoga if this works for you and brings you added value in your current situation.

There are many schools and styles to work with, and we believe there is something out there for everyone. Based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system, we work with yoga as a moving meditation, where breath and movement become one, creating equanimity and peace of mind.

No matter your call to yoga, be it physical, because you want to build strength and flexibility, or mental, emotional, or spiritual, or anything else that makes you want to try and experience this ancient practice, we can work with you.


Mindfulness

Mindfulness means being fully present, aware of where you are and what you’re doing. With a few easily accessible techniques, you can become more aware and present during your day, creating peace of mind. While some people find iteasy to sit still, others don’t, so we will find what works for you.
